    If you do not feel well after listening to these stories or you generally feel very lonely, you might want to talk to someone about this. This could be a close friend, a family member, or a professional (i.e., a counsellor, a therapist).


    If you would like to talk or chat to someone about your feelings and need to do so urgently, there are different online chats and phone numbers in each country. For instance, if you are from the Netherlands, you could call 0900 0767. Just give it a try if you feel like you need fast support.
